Care Instructions
- To maintain the beauty of your lingerie for a long time, we recommend hand washing. Dissolve a mild detergent for delicates in lukewarm water and gently wash by pressing.
- If using a washing machine, be sure to place the item in a laundry net and select the gentle (hand-wash) cycle.
- Deep colors (Nude Black) may transfer; please wash separately from light-colored garments.
- Reshape and dry in the shade. Avoid using a dryer and direct sunlight.
- Do not use bleach, iron, or dry clean.

Shipping + Returns
Shipping
Orders will be shipped within 1–2 days of confirmation (payment completion), including weekends and holidays. Estimated delivery is 1–2 days from the shipping date for Honshu, Shikoku, and Kyushu, and 2–4 days for Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands. We do not accept requests for specific delivery dates or times.

Shipping Fees
A flat rate of 330 yen (tax included) applies nationwide. Shipping is free for orders totaling 22,000 yen (tax included) or more. Purchases made as a set with a bra also qualify for free shipping.
Packages are shipped in discreet packaging that does not reveal the contents are lingerie.
Returns & Exchanges
As panties are hygienic products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience, regardless of whether they have been opened. We offer size consultations via our official LINE account before you place your order.
In the event of an initial defect or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of arrival, and we will issue a refund or exchange the item for a new one.
